MPD-LE low emission gas burner

MPDLE is designed to provide ultra-low NOx emission combustion with standard natural gas and other gas fuels. Partial premix and stage fuel technology cut the NOx emissions. 10:1 turndown ratio helps quick modulating process temperature and precise control. MPDLE burner is a direct ignition or pilot ignition option, very simple connection to gas and air interface design, without flue gas recirculation, and easy to reach ultra-low NOx emissions

 

Available capacity from 150 kW to 1200 kW, further capacity range, please consult us. MPDLE burner flame is medium velocity, suitable for Regenerative thermal oxidizer, kinds of air heating ovens, dryers and furnaces, rich flame for slightly reducing environment or lean flame with up to 80% excess air modes are acceptable, max process temperature is 1200˚ C, electronic ratio control is recommended for flexible air fuel proportional control
